Biography
Shadranellies Kivuva is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a broad legal practice spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters. She is a member of the Data Protection Society of Kenya (DPSK), where she actively engages with professionals and thought leaders in the evolving fields of data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance. Her work in this area includes advising clients on compliance with Data Protection legislations , data processing frameworks, and ethical considerations around emerging technologies. She is also a member of the WIPO ADR Young Member program. Through this affiliation, she collaborates with a global network of professionals in intellectual property and alternative dispute resolution, benefiting from WIPO-led training, networking, and engagement in international legal developments. Her key areas of practice include Litigation, Conveyancing, Commercial and Corporate Law, Employment and Labour Relations, Intellectual Property Law, and Data Protection, Cybersecurity & AI Governance.
